Black Coffee Northwest 8-Week Youth Entrepreneurship Program 
BRING THIS PROGRAM TO YOUR SCHOOL, GROUP, OR COMMUNITY

Program Overview:
The 8-week Entrepreneurship Training Program equips youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to explore entrepreneurship, develop business ideas, and gain practical experience. Students will walk away with job-ready skills, a foundation in entrepreneurship, and exposure to real-world business operations. This program can be hosted at schools, community centers, or youth groups, either in-person or virtually.
Target Audience:

• Middle School Youth: Ages 11–14
• High School Youth: Ages 15–18

Program Objectives:
By the end of the program, participants will:

1. Understand the basics of entrepreneurship and business planning
2. Develop a personal sense of purpose and passion in business
3. Gain experience with customer service, marketing, and sales
4. Learn financial literacy and basic budgeting for small businesses
5. Build leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
6. Create a mini business plan or entrepreneurial project
7. Receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and community leaders
8. Gain confidence to pursue further business opportunities or employment

• Flexible format: In-person or on-site at schools, community centers, or youth groups
